Dear
Students and Parents,
I am very excited to be here at Chairville School teaching the
Technology and Impact program. It is wonderful to see all the advancements in technology
that are taking place here. As the computer teacher, my goal is to instill a love of
technology and to help my students get excited about the possibilities it possess. I hope
to encourage them to take risks and not be afraid to try new things.
I am dedicated to moving our students ahead in technology and providing them with as many
technological experiences as possible.
Communication with home and school is a priority of mine and I welcome parents to come and
volunteer in the computer lab or to email me at cmasters@medford.k12.nj.us or call
(609) 654-9610 ext: 3016 with any questions or concerns you may have.
Have a wonderful school year and come visit the lab!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Masters

In the Medford School District we
recognize that computer technology is constantly changing. The curriculum must
reflect the most recent advances in technology as well as addressing the present
educational needs of our students. Our overall goal is to prepare our students to be
able to successfully compete in a profession of their choice utilizing technology as a
resource tool to advance their productivity.
(Taken from the Medford Township Elementary Schools' Mission
Statement)
At Chairville we follow a framework
of grade-level technology proficiencies. They reflect the International Technology
Standards (ITS), the National Education Technology Goals, and the New Jersey Core
Curriculum Content Standards (NJCCCS).
